Methodology
We are strongly aligned to the SCRUM agile methodology and use Axosoft’s project management and bug tracking software to support our custom software projects. We also use video conferencing for our Toolbox Meetings and invite clients to attend. Whilst we are very pro-agile, we are very aware that many custom website application development projects (particularly database driven) need clear design and specifications earlier in the project.
Project management
We’ve invested substantial effort in building our software development team, our methodology, our processes and our tools to manage work both effectively and efficiently.
